Diet meal plans – which one?

Ok, if you’ve ever stayed up late or watch annoying info-commercials, then you’ve got to be away for diet meal plans. There are so many on the market these days, even I don’t know which one to chose from at times. I hate to see how a complete beginner would go at choosing a diet meal plan. That is why, I’m going to share with you what I still consider to be the best meal plan on the market.

It’s called the truth about abs, it’s written by a nutritionist and personal trainer called Mike Geary. Now, don’t get the name of the program wrong, yes, it is a program that helps people get six pack abs. We all know that for a fact, but it is also contains the best diet meal plan in existence.

A lot of people struggle from excess belly fat, it’s one the most common conditions in our world. That’s exactly why Mike targeted it so ruthlessly in his program, after all, you can’t get six pack abs with belly fat. It contains, without a second of doubt, the best diet meal plans in the world, I can’t say enough good things about this program – nothing is left out!

Rather than go into a length discussion of diet meal plans that Mike recommends, select from your gender below to find out for your self.

If the truth about abs isn’t for you, then here is a quick little tip that might help you lose a few extra pounds. The first is raw vegetables, yep, stuff like carrots are excellent for losing weight. This is because they are extremely high in fibre, lower in fat and other nasty stuff. My advice would be to replace one meal a week, only one, with two carrots. Please, please don’t peel the carrots – 90% of the micro-nutrients of vegetables are contained within the skin, so don’t peel.

You may also want to consider taking a protein shake as a meal replacement, this will help you to lose weight as the body only stores protein in extreme survival situations. Just make sure that you select a low carbohydrate, or no carbohydrate shake otherwise you will be taking on excess calories.

Thanks for reading my article, sorry about the poor spelling and grammar. Don’t forget, remember to check out Mike Geary’s truth about abs, if you’re interested in diet meal plans.
